Who else here has BPD, known as borderline personality disorder?

So I was diagnosed with bpd about a year ago maybe more. I’m just now getting into therapy and it’s been helpful so far. My question is what is helpful to others who have BPD? I’m just trying to find solution so I stop exploding and stop with the impulsive decisions. What do what do y’all do? What are ways that you get out of your head? What do you do about your favorite person situation? What do you do about the splitting?

There is no such thing, just system fabrication and that system is ending

@pentagrammom okay sure whatever why even comment
@Sassychick420 because I choose to, unlike automated programming I choose,the response is for the system monitors, unbroken human calling your plan out, totally controlled digital servants shows the psych system a mirror

@pentagrammom OK weirdo posting on a mental health question that you really have no business and why is my psychiatrist telling me and giving me a diagnosis of something that doesn’t exist I don’t know, but apparently you know everything so
@Sassychick420 yes I do know and have no problem interacting with an algorithm, no difficult, very predictable, unlike a fully aware human

@pentagrammom well your wrong
@Sassychick420 and you broke site rules by name calling, and you're not your to correct you
Sassychick420 · 31-35, F
@pentagrammom I’m not sure how I’m sure you have as well but who’s counting. You just want a rise out of me I’m not going to give it to you I’m entitled to my own opinion just like you are
@Sassychick420 mimic, know that technique, again human brain vs copy copy obvious, the phrase is "get a rise out of", sloppy coding there
Sassychick420 · 31-35, F
@pentagrammom you don’t even make sense. At least I have the balls to do this and open up about my real life experiences.you can try but you can’t take that from me

@pentagrammom regardless of your beliefs (which I strenuously disagree with), is it really the time and place to attack someone that's just seeking advice and is hurting?

Like Jesus Horatio Christ, read the room.

@basilfawlty89 thank you!!!!
@basilfawlty89 another algorithmic profram, take your best shot, i have time, no sympathy for the simulated, not believed, task fail

@pentagrammom in all that time you have, I'd really recommend you learn English (possibly remedial) instead of buzzwords.

@pentagrammom

Anyway, have fun with your autoerotic humiliation kink.
@basilfawlty89 no breaking algorithms is more my thing, nothing quite like a conscious thinking high, touchscreen keyboard sabotage design known, and appearance of misspelled word corrected, know all the tactics of the inferior

@basilfawlty89 again, thanks, i take my position very eriously, each predicted desparate fail pleases me, not distracted or dissuaded, not tied to any device either, i work and thenalk away
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@pentagrammom eriously? desparate? thenalk?
@basilfawlty89 will be my absolute pleasure to out the systems, tennessee and california both

@pentagrammom I also like Absolut. Generally a beer guy though.
