Need to go see the gp to get another referral to see my therapist, and meds, amongst other things ...
But my therapist said on the letter that I presented as moderate to high risk a few times these last 2 months because of (insert personal trigger)
And while my therapist isn't trigger happy about sending people to emergency, my GP sure is 🙄
(Even though it was like 2 months ago)
I feel like I'm going to be scrutinized during that appointment, and I'm not looking forward to it 🤦
Really makes me want to avoid certain topics with my therapist, now 😕
