Living and coping with mental illness is tough. People turn to drugs or alcohol to deal with it. Other people use sex to cope. I tend to lock myself away with a puzzle book or binge watch documentaries

I turned to drugs and alcohol almost a decade ago and I regret it. My health is not good.

@Alonenotlonely I've been diagnosed with so many things I've just learned to accept that I don't know what it is and I have to do my best.
