When did you last injure yourself and what were you doing?

The last time an injury required a doctor's attention was a few years ago. I was sharpening a knife while watching a baseball game and sliced my thumb. Duhhh. One of those where I knew I cut it deep, but it didn't hurt at first. A few seconds passed and suddenly the blood gushed and I felt the pain. No permanent nerve damage, so 5 stitches fixed it. Doctors and nurses were impressed enough to ask what kind of knives I owned.
