I hd mentl break down last night

I dont think i can go on nymore.. Im always sleeping.. I cnt think or do nything Nything.. My body is wrecked like a dead skeleton.. The world hd abandoned me.. Nothing left to hold on to..

I had similar feeling for some years it turned out to be a brain tumor. Family got me through. Also sleep was my go to for much of that time.id suggest get an mri to rule out health problems.
