i was diagnosed with this a long time ago. it’s a rough road, but it can be manageable. you won’t ever be “cured”, as you can’t cure this disorder, but eventually you can possibly be able to get to a point where it won’t affect you the same way it used to

@Creolequeen in a way, yes. i definitely still go through some “episodes”, as some may call it where i get into a bad place and do/say things i shouldn’t. but now its much easier to recognize and control my emotions before i do them about 90% of the time.

@SinlessOnslaught i’m sorry to hear that, it’s awful. it took me years to find the right balance of meds, and a lot of those ended up just making me so much worse than before too. it’s tragic how difficult it can be to find help for mental health. it should be more prioritized than it is.
