Does anyone take ashwaganda?

I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks and I definitely notice a difference

@in10RjFox I'm a very dramatic and emotional person usually and over time of using it I've been feeling a lot more rational. All week I haven't had a freak out! I'm almost 3 weeks on it and yeah I noticed it today and I just feel at peace
