Do you take sleeping pills?

I'm considering taking those. I don't sleep well or as much as I want. I would like to take a pill and sleep for a good amount of time

I've tried a few options, but they didn't work for me.
I now have seroquel to calm myself down, which helps me sleep. I only take them when I need them tho.
