What are you go to techniques to free your mind?

Mine are fitness and I have found myself being able to free my mind and think clearly when gardening.

Also laying out by myself can be very therapeutic

Walking, and total muscle relaxation. Not exactly meditation.

There are muscles that are over looked in meditation. And often go back to there natural state in meditation.

There are over 600 hundred skeletal muscles in your body.
