He got discharged from the hospital today! 😄

My precious Desmond just called me to tell me he was out. He checked himself in to a psychiatric hospital for deteriorating mental health and was there nearly a month! He told me they said he's doing much better now, so they released him this morning. I'd love to go out to his area and see him, but unfortunately, it's not that simple. There's a whole process after they let you go with outpatient care and follow-up appointments. Some of which he doesn't have to do, but he wants to. Considering how bad a place he was in when we were together last time, I understand completely. He should be putting his recovery first. Guess we won't get to be together again soon after all, but at least we'll be able to keep in touch more frequently now. I'm happy with that much. Hopefully us being in regular contact now will keep him happy too. 🥹🤗
