Antidepressants and alcohol

I have some kind of antidepressants and they said I can drink alcohol, that it shouldn't have some kind of interaction and I read from many people that they were fine with drinking. HOWEVER. I was at a bar with my friends, I had one small glass of some weak alcohol mixed drink and I literally almost 3x collapsed. I was skahing so bad, I couldn't properly breath, I almost passed out and I didn't remember something and I was anxious as hell. It came out of nowhere, I was starting to feel weird and said to my friend if she could go outside with me for a second, and then there's nothing and my whole body was shaking and I had my head on my knees. Two hours later and I'm still shaking and I'm anxious. I'm now home and I feel better, my friends took care of me.

I'm not drinking ever again. Literally never.
