Just needed to write this somewhere

I don’t understand how people just keep living, keep going, keep doing the same old things, the world is so hopeless and sad and I feel like the grief and rage of it all is eating me alive.

But then... I remember the power of words, of stories, to connect us, to remind us of our shared humanity. The stories we tell, the words we write... though they can't possibly fully capture the depth of despair that's engulfing our world, they have the power to ignite change, to spark empathy, to inspire action. In the darkest of times, it's the stories of resilience, of compassion, of love that sustain us, that give us hope for a better tomorrow.

These thoughts have been weighing heavily on my mind lately, and I felt compelled to share them.

@WillaKissing You're welcome. It sucks we have to think of stuff like this but it's the truth. It hit me again with the unbelievably tragic airstrike on those poor World Central Kitchen workers.

@SwiftieShutterbug Yes, and with China Russia and other countries testing the world to see what they can get away with or to possibly spark WW3 as a retire soldier really concerns me too.

@WillaKissing It's a constant source of concern, that's for sure. The thought of another world war, of more lives lost to senseless violence. It's definitely a nightmare I can't shake lately.
