Technically anyone can be a free therapist..
Depending on the level of severity someone is going through…
Sometimes all a person needs is a person they can lean on… sometimes a friend.. that’s why some people with strong friend and family circles never require therapy as their needs are met and they’re well taken care of..
Non free therapy is kind of like… paying someone to care.. which is why I believe it’s less effective at times.. other times it’s simply needed because the therapists has gained the tools and skills needed to help treat their patients..
It’s all an up in the air grab bag.. identifying the source and Cruz of the problem is key.. Having a means and method to tackling the problem head on is the second key..
Both are needed to find healing and to do away with the issue one is usually facing..
I hope you continue to seek, and find what you need out there.. maybe google some free therapy apps and see what arises from those murky waters?
