I deal with suicidal idealation everyday, some nights i pray i just die in my sleep, i have guilt, depression, and i hate myself so much, there are times i wish i get pulled over by cops and i will ask them to draw their weapons and shoot me in yhe head, you could imagine what their response would be to a direct question like would go about, i live alone each day is a struggle with constant body pains, what do i do about it, i stick to myself, currently out if meds, so i understand were your coming from i empathize your situation, and offer no advice.wish you all the best.

You made an interesting statement: "I'm not mentally strong enough." So now you know where you need to first concentrate, right? If you can't hold on to what good comes your way, then having that good won't make any difference at all. We need our two feet under us and our lungs full with air to hit this world every day.

It sounds like your environment is detrimental to your mental wellbeing. Change it. Do whatever you have to within reason to get yourself to a better place. I'm in the US, were in addition to regular programs some organizations offer grants, free stay, works programs, social resources, etc. The need is fierce and the spots are few, but they exist. Maybe you have something like that available to you. A public library with internet connection can be better than an office.

You don't have to be a perfect fit with a place; you only need to get what you need from it and move on. Same with work; don't look for a career, look for something that'll let you lay your head on the pillow at night. And if you don't like people, steer clear of them; there are plenty "back of house" jobs around.

Lastly, and I can't suggest this strongly enough, get hooked into a good therapist or program. You whole being deserves to be healthy and such programs can often offer talk therapy, occupational therapy and resource for getting what you need. hang in there and good luck. You're in a place where you're seeking change. Follow through with action and take breaks when you need to. Good luck.

What about your local council? They should be housing you.

@bluehead46 I imagine London does have more resources. More should be done for the homeless and those with mental health issues.
@Purplerain78 indeed its been 11 years since i was homeless and more should be done, i just struggle so much, in 2001 i was housed in london when i was homeless, i was put in a brand new hostel which was really nice but then went to live with my dad for a while and had a job etc, i have changed a lot since and my Dad passed away over 7 years ago, i still struggle with that a lot
@Purplerain78 update, I am being housed in a hotel until Monday and then possibly a hostel, I don't have a local connection where i am but also don't need one, been signed off sick for a month
Look for something that has little in the way of communication or working on your own.
@Purplerain78 I have a laptop, I'm not qualified for that sort of job and I'm struggling too much and won't have accommodation from next week
@bluehead46 Obviously you are not qualified in a specific area as yet (I'm assuming) but everyone starts at square one. You qualify and train, that is how most people begin their careers. Or you could look at apprenticeships too so you earn while you learn. Working on your own doesn't require social interaction, although the internet provides a degree of limited communication and you seem to manage well on SW. Just don't give up and remember ultimately, you can only help yourself.
@Nihiless not options here in the uk for me at my age, and as I've already said my mental health is causing struggles. I won't work again
