What do you think?

I take medication for PTSD with symptoms like angry outbursts, mood swings, depression etc. My brain has been through a lot. Anywho I realized i stopped taking my medication for 4 days and I noticed I have been more irritated and angry unable to control myself even if it has to do with my moms passing.

Do you think a person is actually mean bad person if the state still there when I don’t take my medication? I feel really bad when I am this way. I don’t like to have outburst or be irritated or mean. For the most part I am usually pretty balanced when I am on my medication but in just the last few days that I have stopped taking them because I dunno I have just been dealing with a lot and have not gone to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy today to get my medication though so I can be balanced but I guess I am just feeling bad because what if I am really a horrible person since I feel like a total person without taking my Effexor XR medication is what I take.

You're not a bad person just a person whose brain chemistry was abruptly seriously disturbed. It's common for anyone who stops taking antidepressants/antipsychotics, especially cold turkey but even when tapering or a while after "withdrawing"
