Time for next mental health awareness post. I have seperate identities personality disorder. What would you like to know about this condition?

Wait, do you actually act out these separate personalities, or are they just inside of your imagination?

@calicuz They front as it's called, as in they are impersonated in my body language and voice and they remember different things and they have a certain role in the "system"

Most of the time it happens automatically whenever something is a trigger or I'm struggling. Then the "switch" happens.

I'm not always aware of it. I don't even remember it happening so it's my surroundings that have noticed this.
