Hi everyone how was your day?

My day was………..awful. This morning I had a mental breakdown because of an obsession and jealousy over an actress and hating myself and my body. I guess I’m still in the grieving process of my parents.
I had a huge mental breakdown and didn’t even go to work today. My grandma called them and said I wouldn’t be in today. I almost lost my job.
I’m okay now. I’m home. I can’t believe how stupid I am.
