How do you personally cope when your having an hard time ?

I make sure I look my best , get decent sleep , try to go out despite my exhaustion , eat healthily , take all my supplements , sometimes I get therapy and I like to think of everything I have good in my life and how Far I came. I like to plan for my future too 🌸
