My opinion, Meds are for the ones who are not willing to face their own reality. They are following what others tell them to be. It's to keep one with a small mind and a small heart. In General, not in all cases.

@basilfawlty89 yes! Get active! Get doing stuff! Especially all the small stuff that is so easily ignored everyday, like cleaning up after yourself! Self pride creates a lot of strength for yourself.

@cycleman same place I got my nuclear physics degree, yet oddly they don't allow me to give others advice on nuclear weaponry. Strange that.
