What kind of meds help you deal with phobias?

Umm.. I don't think there is any, other than some self-medication, but anything that helps with anxiety will help I think?

@Science78 It's more common than you think. But I have no idea how it's treated.

Not sure meds would be the answer. Hypnotherapy might be a route to investigate @Science78
