I like to write

I like to keep a journal of what is happening in my life and my thoughts and feelings. It keeps me occupied for a short time and helps me calm my anxiety. Because then it's nice if it's a happy memory and gets the negative thoughts out of my head if it's not.
I used to do so but while reviewing, it often boggled me and I had to keep it safe from getting read by others.

It is just not worth the effort. I find it better to rewind the episode in my hollow head for a while to know who stands where, step in each ones' shoe, reflect, get my solution, slap myself again and delete the event to Not let it get repeated.
