Do know why are heart rate and blood pressure go up when we feel anger, hate or other negative emotions?

My guess is because when God created us (my belief), he designed us to feel safe, happy, calm and other positive emotions.

Please keep in mind that I did not point out the biological reasons why. I'm speaking more on a spiritual level.

It's a survival trait. Fight or flight. Negative emotions make you want to do one or the other...fight or run.

If you suppress that, it is anti-survival, and causes your blood pressure to skyrocket while you stress your own body.
