He can't set up a new account until the tv is moved

He got locked out of his Fortnite account. He said it suddenly required a password to get into it and he never set one. Believing he's been hacked he deleted his account.
He wont create a new account because the tv is kinda by the window and says the screen is too big.
Took me a bit to connect his thought process. He thinks people can see our tv through the window (i have curtains that are slightly see through) and because the screen is so big it makes it easy for people to see any account information we display or setup. We do have passing cars but the road is far distance from our house and our neighbors are over acre away.
I think i need a family support group.
