It is annoying. I'm glad I treasured my grandmother. There wasn't much in the way of inheritance anyway. It's been 16 years, and I still miss her. <3
I have a friend who literally asked her grandmother for her inheritance in advance. I was appalled!

I was the opposite. Though my grandma is still kickin at 94, I spent much more time with her before everyone started worrying about who is gonna get what. That’s when I rolled out. Not how I want to remember her.

I know one who if she continues on her path will be cut out of a will. And she is set to inherit a small fortune, which would get her a good start in life a home, etc. She has treated her grandfather like crap and he’s at the age where he should have sold his business & retired 5 years ago but continues on for his grandchildren. I don’t know what she is thinking.

I know. Just recently my cousin ( the one who charges her grandfather for taking him to the grocery store ) who lives near my grandfather went and gossiped with her mother how she thought my brother was essentially getting two shares of the money once my grandfather passed because he was designating money specifically to him and to his daughter separately. Her mother drunk called the woman who raised me to complain and fight. Only to find out ohhhhh nope that’s not what any of the paperwork says. It still says the money will be split evenly between the two sisters and from there what they choose to do with their half keep or give it to children and grandchildren is up to them. They’re gross and I hate the entire process.
