Why do creeps hang out in laundromats?

I have laundry piled up, partly because I'm incontinent. But I can't find a reliable laundry service to do my laundry. I'd do it myself at a coin laundry but those places are so creepy. These weird looking guys stare at me (or any woman there) and ask me personal questions like where do I live and do I have a boyfriend. The answers don't matter; they just keep asking stuff. I never feel safe in these situations. A few hours of that and I'm a nervous wreck for days. My laundry is piling up now. I have 5 sacks of laundry and 2 very dirty quilts. I am running out of clean clothes and sheets and towels. Either I keep trying to find a reliable pickup laundry or I face those jerks at the laundrymat. Any suggestions? About the creeps, please don't tell me to "just ignore them" because it does no good. They keep staring and keep persisting at personal conversations no matter how clear you make it that you don't want to pay attention to them. Sometimes they begin asking about your religion, another personal subject. Sometimes they carry a Bible and/or religious pamphlets and ask you a question about the Bible or Christianity. Very annoying. I try not to answer. Sometimes moving doesn't help; they follow you across the laundromat. It's amazing how often they don't even seem to be doing any laundry. Are they just there to hassle women? It would appear so.
