Can a lack of compassionate physical intimacy lead to madness in adults?

We seem to see that:

Uncompassionate physical intimacy in the cases of rape and incest also result in psychosis.

Substitutes in the form of massage are unsatisfactory long term as it is not heartfelt.

Marriages that are sexless break down into divorce.

Self love alone is inadequate

I think there needs to be a minimum level required to sustain sanity.

I don't know how you're looking psychosis to rape, but it's not a sexual crime to begin with it's a crime of oppression, violence and dominance.

Sexless marriages don't necessarily break down in divorce.

No has to ensure self-love. Some choose community, others religious work, others hermitage. Not everyone must share physical intimacy with others.

And what in God's name does this have to do with priests? And unless you're Catholic, I'll accept your comments in the form of a question.
