How do you look after your own mental health?

I work a lot so am constantly under pressure.

Once home I take my bra off, throw on a pair of leggings and a comfy top and chill out.
Also I’ve got pets and they certainly help with de-stressing. A cuddle with one of my dogs is the best.

I try to comparmentalize the really painful stuff some, as in grief and very realistic worries. I do that so I can keep doing the things I need to, for myself and the two animals I love and care for.
