Maybe could have atleast did some scouting or update the intell before sending planes in the first time. Could have avoided alot of losses and warcrimes like bombing the wrong targets?

Maybe if any of the 7 presidents before him had tried to help the citizens of Iran and didn’t let it get so bad then it wouldn’t have been this difficult to get it settled. There was a peaceful demonstration in D.C. with over 100,000 Iranians some time after Khomeini died. Not one news outlet would show it on tv, post it on the internet or cover it in the press. I tried to post the story about this online back then and my browser would freeze up and not let me send it. That’s how much they wanted this story suppressed. Nobody wanted to help and it just continued on and on.
