Most people are so self-absorbed, the only thing they care about is how they look to you. If someone is carrying anything about you behind your back, it's their business, not yours. So, don't even think about it. Your job is to satisfy you, not them.

Lmao 😆 my tween was informed at the scout meeting on Thurs night her pants had split.
This poor kid's mind took it and ran "OH MY GOD MOM, WHAT IF NO ONE TOLD ME AT SCHOOL ALL DAY!?!?" as you could see the wheels turning envisioning the social suicide.

Apparently a shrug and a "well, so what if they did, not a whole lot you can do. It'll be OK. Everyone has a butt" was not the right parental response. 🤷‍♀️ I'm not helpful.
