Depends on your circumstances. Over the long term it's the less effective, but its effectiveness kicks in [b]faster[/b] than the two dose mRNA vaccines. J&J kicks in pretty well at two weeks. You really want 4 or 5 weeks for the mRNA vaccines to start beating J&J. If I lived in one of those Southern states where hospitals are overflowing, I'd take J&J sooner rather than waiting a few days for Pfizer or Moderna. But if your situation isn't dire, then I'd seek out one of the latter two.
