@Riemann The answer can be a complete series, 68 is the first element of series.
There can be a complete series/graph following the equation 45y + 23. The first number in series would be 68 when you replace y with 1.
The series would be like 68, 113, 158 .. when you relace y with any positive integer

Let consider x as 113,
113/45 = 2 Mod 23
113/9 = 12 Mod 5
