Having your heart thrown back in your face

How can you convince someone you've given your heart and basically soul to and who feels like your " the one' that they are " the one" without them throwing your heart back in your face at every little glitch.?

Them throwing your heart back at you is a them problem, not a you problem. Honestly, that's a pretty big red flag and you may want to examine what exactly makes them "the one".
