I have two primary concerns.
The first is not having it. It's been a while. It affects my self-esteem and causes me to not feel desired.
The second is not being good enough at it. At disappointing someone I might be with. If I were having it, I would call it performance anxiety, but that implies chances to perform.
Is there a specific way that self-esteem is holding you back? Is the hysterectomy a significant part of that, or just a milestone?
