No.
But I would like to talk to MaryP from EP.
She was my best friend on EP even though I may not have been hers. I’ll never forget watching her run a marathon through an online format.

There are a couple of people here that I wish things didn’t go completely sideways, but I don’t blame myself for any of those things. The expectations of others isn’t my concern if I made no declarations or promises.

A few friendships here allowed themselves to imagine much more than I ever offered. One in particular who I agreed to co-author rhymes with. I really enjoyed it. But then she assumed a familiarity that I never tried to express.

I considered her a good friend and very talented. But out of no where it all went sideways at a very bad time for me personally. It was a strain I couldn’t bear and didn’t deserve.

I didn't join up at the start. Didn't realise about SW until way after EP had finished. Maybe I was in mourning over that? But, yes, I joined and realised some of the same people were on here.

God, someone mentioned John Ollinger....Fuck...that guy! Always made me groan and smile at the same time! Flooded my in-box (no pun intended!) with...erhhhh..."suggestions"!

I do miss him...and some of the others that have passed through..

I miss questionWeaver
I really miss my friend Dave (who went by CoyoteDave and later, Grateful4you). A friend since EP, and one of the kindest folks on here. He was just so cool. 😞

I miss John Olinger. He took one joke, "Would you do them?" and ran it into the ground for several years and it was always funny.
Sutten · 36-40, F
I think sometimes people miss the potential of what something could have been. But in the end, it comes down to the people involved — you can’t hold on to something if the other person doesn’t value it the same way.

True @Sutten

I miss a few, but never wish for a do-over. Unfortunately these online friendships tend to have a lifecycle. Especially if they are more than friendship.
