I’m right there with ya though. I needed that sense of care today because it kind of feels like it’s already been a year.

But can I say that you checking in on me today…it truly touched my heart. Just that little moment of check-in speaks volumes of your care as a person. Even though it’s not really spoken as often as it should be, I appreciate that rare and beautiful heart of yours.

And I’m not saying that because you posted this moment of vulnerability. I’m saying it because it’s a truth I need you to know, even if I am just a random chick on a site of misfit toys.

You are seen. You are appreciated. And you’re loved. May your heart never forget that when the silence gets too loud and when the chaos makes your world too foggy to see the light ahead.
