What is with the men on this site? Is it the same guy doing this to multiple women, I wonder?

This is palpable pain I have also felt. As you said, it is a pain no words can heal. The way I've found to begin healing is, when the time is right, grasp those emotions, confront them, work through them and emerge on the other side. For me, it was creative writing. Some form of deep expression will allow you to begin the process of over coning and discovering yourself again, with scars, but able to move forward.

Here is a little something I wrote years ago that helped me move on after feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you cant relate to it but I thought Id share just in case.

The Journey

The dawn breaks and you're alone
Now must accept your lifes truth
The forks in the road that led
to here
Were not the ones to choose

Adrift at sea
You challenged the tide
Ship now sunken
Must swallow your pride

The face you show
and the smiles you wear
Hide the feelings within
You dare not share

Tormented mind
Wondering why
So much to give
Yet fail each time

Can't place the blame
Accept your faults
This once chosen path
Now left alone to walk

Decision is now made
No more looking back
Many miles were travelled
On the wrong set of tracks

Light is shining ahead
Where this tunnel soon ends
Your lonely journey is over
Now your best begins….

That's beautiful find the peace within yourself coz no one will find it for you. If my advice helped in some way then reconnect that could just be the answer but take it step by step.

Unfortunately, life is full of disappointment. Everyone should take care of themselves. You as a person need to come first. If there’s someone you care about, then you have to take care of them. My own thoughts. Maybe it’s nothing but still my contribution.

Letting go and finding yourself may sound like shit people just toss around but I have been where you are. I thought that only gloom and sadness were destined for my life but with a little time and embracing that change is a good thing, I came out the other side. Now I feel like what I went through made my life much more appreciated and fulfilling. Hang in there, stay strong and know that you will find yourself and smile again. God Bless!

@Rogy3 Thank you 💕. You definitely know what I'm going through, but I realised it is more about the person's words than being in love with the actual person. So it's going to be easy to move on, it was just a fantasy of what I imagined 🤷

@3timesalady At 51-55, you're not definitely old, believe me! Once you realise it was more about the person's words, you're already moving towards the right direction for healing and forgetting all that waste of time. Keep going, don't give him any satisfation...
