Is it worth speaking from the heart when it has nothing good to say ?

That's a good question because I battle with it. If I feel it is life or death, yes. Otherwise, I feel people have to learn lessons in order to grow. I know that sounds cruel, but sometimes it's the only way. Words go in one ear and out the other. But actions, decisions, behavior and reactions are the learning blocks of life.
