How can someone help you feel safe and loved ?

When someone shows they care through small, thoughtful actions like checking in, remembering little things, when someone listens with empathy and patience, even when I struggle to express myself clearly. I hope it's not too much. :/

By being there - even when things are hard and you're difficult.
Listening - to understand, not just to respond..
And all the small things matter too.

Holding me always helps. I love it when my man embraces me in his big, strong arms. I never feel more safe and loved than when he has me like that. 🤗
