For years I tried to figure out why I kept doing it then I had to stop, take a look at what I personally was doing wrong and THEN wait for the right thing.

I think that's what happens to others too. They get into a pattern and just end up wanting love so bad they put up with anything to get or keep it, especially if those in their early lives who were supposed to "love" them did horrible or abusive things.

Knowing what is healthy love is harder to discern from just being abused and manipulated or used when you have never known any better or different 🤷🏾

Because there is no law against it!

Because they werent allowed to get a puppy.
