AbbeyRhode · F
Absolutely. The greatest joy in life is to love and be loved.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F

scorpiolovedeep · 51-55, M
Yes, it is the reason why the heart smiles.
Bleak · 36-40, F

To be able to give love is
Genuine love is definitely a blessing, and rare. 🥺

Johnny described it best

HumanEarth · F
Yeah, if it wasn't for love. I might have been homeless, dead, with no family, friends, and people that care about me.

See love is not just a husband, wife or S.O, but love also comes from the people in your life. At one point in my life I thought I lost all of that.

Good thing I waited to see what was around the corner
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@HumanEarth 😀😀
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
To be able to love yourself is a blessing. A massive blessing
Sutten · 41-45, F
Yes. A blessing isn't something that's perfect or painless. Sometimes love brings joy, sometimes it brings lessons, and sometimes it leaves scars. But the ability to love and be loved is still one of life's greatest blessings. 🤍
@Sutten Thank you for practical wisdom. 🙏

Docdon23 · M
absolutely--it fills my entire body, heart and soul and life...a true blessing from the divine!!!
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
Being able to love yourself and care about yourself is a blessing :)
@nobodyishome

<3

I think I was out of love then, not able to love myself anymore.
No, because love is something one gives.
@GeretJan 🙏
GeminiRain · M
Yes I believe so, especially if it keeps people together
Boeing · 36-40
It's a tough blessing
@Boeing 🙏
Munumbis · 46-50, M
Yes definitely. Maybe not between a man and woman because of all the cheating , bitter divorces, just the ulterior motive of reproduction. But in general of course love is a blessing.
Magenta · F
@Munumbis Indeed. Excellent point. Lust is what most of it is between man and woman.
Munumbis · 46-50, M
@Magenta That's almost all of it. People think they're in love but they're just horny.
Magenta · F
@Munumbis So much truth there. When people talk about love or mention the people they are 'in love' with, it always revolves around sex.
Lopaka55 · 70-79, M
Love is a battlefield. 😏
@Lopaka55 🙏

“Believe me there is no such thing as great suffering, great regret, great memory....everything is forgotten, even a great love. That’s what’s sad about life, and also what’s wonderful about it. There is only a way of looking at things, a way that comes to you every once in a while. That’s why it’s good to have had love in your life after all, to have had an unhappy passion―it gives you an alibi for the vague despairs we all suffer from.”

— Albert Camus

It's nearly the only one
4meAndyou · F
GOD is LOVE. He is behind ALL love..even tough love. And without God, the world would probably seem lik e a.pretty dark, cold place.
GeminiRain · M
@4meAndyou Hear here
@4meAndyou 🙏
ChampagneOnIce · 51-55, F
Yes, love is always a blessing. It’s not the love that hurts. It’s the expectations or the circumstances that can cause sadness.
@ChampagneOnIce

No Expectation
No Pain.

YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
Nah, it's much more than just a blessing.
@YMITheWayIM Like what!?
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
@valobasa4ever It's a super power, a driving force, a universal medicine, a beautiful complication etc.
@YMITheWayIM Huh!! ✨
As cliché as it sounds I think it's the purpose of life. To love and be loved.
GoFish ·
Love is.. stuff calling itself it tho is sometimes a liar instead or unwanted love from someone who won’t leave you alone despite your disinterest disrespecting your own feelings in favor of their own is selfishness.. mutual love tho i guess is a blessing and most ideal.. to those who have it..
GoFish ·
@valobasa4ever welcome ☺
@GoFish 🌹
Hope red rose is okay you!?
Yellow or White color is not available. 🙏
GoFish ·
@valobasa4ever oh it's fine. thank you ☺

DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Is a necessity a blessing? Or a curse?

It just is.

I still have a problem with the word being all inclusive. That must be been the work of pure evil.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@DeWayfarer yea, lions are not cursed in anyway. A tiger is. No one likes a fallen tiger buddy. Know that much
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@nobodyishome Added edit

meggie · F
Only if it's a 2 way thing. If not it can be a curse.
@meggie 🙏
hunkalove · 70-79, M
Romantic love? More trouble than it's worth. Nothin' but heartaches.
Elessar · 31-35, M
I see it as more trouble than good, except rare cases
Sabsetti · 31-35, F
That is bullshit!
Sabsetti · 31-35, F
@Docdon23 God showed me what is true love. And I am happy with my found love 💚
I am just saying bullish something.
Docdon23 · M
@Sabsetti I am so happy for you that you have found love!!!!
Magenta · F
I don't know... most all I see or read about especially on social media is heartbreak and loss. Missing and what if. Divorce and separation. Lust x 10. There's more talk of that than anything. Maybe humans don't know what love truly is.
@Magenta 🤎
@ElRengo 🙏
It can be seen as one until you find yourself in situations like where you need a restraining order
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@nobodyishome I don't know how to reduce it any better. Sometimes love gets you to do bad things to the object of your love. Of course, at that point, one has to ponder what love really means?
@XxBlahxX 🙏
