Desmond is so sweet 🥹

I talked to him this morning and he was delighted to hear how things are going so far between my wife and I. He’s currently three hours away where he lives (or used to live, soon enough) to start packing so he can move to my area. He seems to be doing okay himself. I do already miss him and I was honest and told him I’m going to be worried about him considering the really bad mental health day he had shortly before he left. I hope he will call me if he starts feeling low again. I can’t wait until he lives closer so I can start being there for him whenever he needs me. 🫂
