Have you ever loved someone that you shouldn't?

Mostly because you know it's not going to go anywhere, but you can't listen to your mind because your heart is way stronger.
Miklee02 · 51-55, F
I do….. I mean have 💔
@Miklee02 you mean “ I’m izz” lol got it.
helenS · 36-40, F
Yes, my maths teacher. Something I don't regret, but it would be considered a horrible thing today.
@helenS Yes, I’m quite aware of what you mean. Boys take longer to mature than girls.. lol but as for me, I was always afraid of older men. They made me nervous. They just had too much lust in their eyes… again true story.
helenS · 36-40, F
@NoGamesTolerated We had similar experiences, but the way we reacted on them was quite different, apparently.
@helenS Apparently! Lol that made me laugh hard.
JustNik · 51-55, F
I never regretted the love so much as allowing it to blind me to the fact that it can’t always be enough.
SweetMae · 70-79, F
Yes, I have. It can be painful. But, I walked away.
FoolishLuna · 56-60, F
Yes twice….it was part of my path to happiness🙏💫
ABCDEF7 · M
I would call it infatuation. Love has deeper meanings, love is about giving, true love doesn't expect anything in return, if you expect it's not true love.
@ABCDEF7 Not necessarily.
cassysassy · 18-21, F
@ABCDEF7 yeah that's probably true
ABCDEF7 · M
@cassysassy That's how I feel. But everyone can have different meaning and perception for different terms.
Nope. Not me.

My physical therapist. Those sparkling blue eyes waist length brunette and a smile to die for. Younger than my youngest and had a doctor's degree.

Ofc.

But for me that concept of its going anywhere doesn't exist much if i can be in their life.. And they in mine.. In whatever form.. 😔 But yeah I understand the other person point of view

I would say yes kinda, because it took me forever to get over them even though we're not meant to be.
ElRengo · 70-79, M
I will never regret that love.
And will never love again.
OldBrit · 61-69, M
Yes. I actually was so dumb I didn't realise until it was over.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
Yeah I have and still do. But I know it`ll never happen.

Who hasn’t 🤷🏻‍♂️
PassingThrough · 46-50, M
Been there done that for about 20 years. I finally made headway in the last year to say “move on”. I still have moments of flashbacks but it’s more about the old times than wanting them back like I used to.
Fullmetal · 46-50, M
Yes, I have! I feel for my best friend once! It was brutal, took a lot to walk away from her. Even harder to try and maintain the friendship!
Yes, I have. It took courage to leave.

Not because the heart is stronger.
It’s because the heart is hopeful.
Orca4950 · 70-79, M
yes, a beautiful redhead in France, I was transferred because it affected my work at the time.

Idk about love but I get what you mean.

It's lucky I'm very good at forgetting about things I can't have
