My boyfriend thinks another woman is 'hot'. I'm really hurt by that. What should I do?

They think it whether they say it out loud or not.
A gentleman will keep it to himself, perhaps.
If he is saying it front of you in a way to make you feel less attractive,then you should tell him it hurts you.
Just thinking someone is attractive doesn't mean he'll cheat.

It's not so much about what he thinks or says it's about what he does

Work on your hurt and understand it. It is common to see others as sexy, not always a statement about your own value.

Lot are polygamous but choose to settle and be loyal to one alone.

Talk to him about any trust issues you have

And try to solve them.

I might consider that he's your boyfriend. He's not her boyfriend. There's billions of people in the world. You're not the hottest.

You're not being realistic. There will always be women who are better looking than you and there will always be women who are not better looking than you.
Ask yourself this: Who's got the boyfriend, the woman your husband thinks is hot, or YOU ?

Almost every woman earth will never sleep with him or even know his name. The human female form has evolved to be very attractive to the male. The fact that your boyfriend finds another woman attractive just means his hormone level is normal.

Unless he's planning on acting on it, you don't really need to worry. People will still find others attractive, but it doesn't mean they'll cheat.
