People rather change the truth than change their views about people... Its strange.

People often twist the truth to fit the image they’ve built of someone......because it’s easier to bend facts than to rebuild beliefs.

Why admit a hero has flaws or a villain has depth?

Our minds crave consistency, even if it means rewriting reality.

Why not we stay curious. Let truth surprise you; it could truly help understand others.

It happens from time to time, I knew someone who reinvented the history of a school holiday, Evrn though there were people who knew what happened, she was believed and caused me problems for years.

@peterlee How did you deal with it?
peterlee · M
@Renkon I was always on my guard for two years after I left school, when I came home from University. . I was careful what I said to people, and restricted my friends.

@peterlee hmm.. hope it worked.
