I have conflicting issues with this as well. Sometimes they praise me and I know I don't deserve their praise. Sometimes they berate me and I think it's not my fault. It's so very difficult to navigate where we could be right and where we could be wrong.

Here's the truth. You are no where NEAR shizz🌺 you are always kind and light hearted and I have never once thought, wow she's so rude or anything close. Those people have the issue if they're pushing anything, at anyone. Not you🫂

Maybe you needa set a couple folks straight on what you won't tolerate. They'll either straighten up .. or make it clear its time to let them drift.
