I feel better today

I ran 2.5km and walked 1.6km. did 100 elevated pushups, 100 diamonds, 50 strict form pushups and some ab work last night.

It's tough not knowing anyone, I get too much time with my thoughts. These everyday wins help me stay feeling okay, it's why I post them so much.
