This Is How I Feel This Morning Because I Am Not Feeling Any Pain In My Neck Today…

@4meAndyou It’s not completely healed yet because I can’t turn my neck as much as before but it’s better than it was Saturday. I was driving and had to ask the boy to look to the right for cars coming at 2 different 2-way stops. This morning when I was taking him to the Vo-Tech he says”You can turn your head again”…I didn’t ask him to look for me. But no pain at all. The lady giving him driving lessons had made an herbal oil mixture that she sells and calls “Oh My Aching Back”. I had been use BioFreeze. It was warming and really smelly but only dulled the pain but didn’t stop it. The oil she makes stopped it completely. She told Eli that there is another oil she makes for neck pain that is even stronger than this one. Ray put it on my neck and upper back last night and I believe it helped relax the muscles so much that it is helping to get my upper spine aligned. I heard a little pop to the left side before I got up this morning.

@4meAndyou I know that I have degeneration in two vertebrae in my neck and a couple in my lower back. I was thinking yesterday if this doesn’t heal it might have degenerated to the point I would need surgery to put a rod in. But maybe not now.

@4meAndyou @cherokeepatti Just a reminder, but weight loss may ease or eliminate the back or neck pain. It’s not about being overweight but about slightly reducing the muscle mass that may be pinching the nerves that come out from the spine.

@Heartlander they told me to gain weight before my surgeries in October. Because I’ll lose it by the time I’ve recovered.

@4meAndyou I asked Ray to rub more of the oil on my neck and shoulders last night. Got up this morning and didn’t think of it till he left. Drove the boy to VoTech and at the first two-way stop he says “You can turn your head now!” And I’m not hurting. Ray is going to buy another one of these bottles of that oil to keep at home. He said his knee is hurting so we’ll be both using for any kind of similar pain.

@cherokeepatti I sure could use some of that for my back. Is it available online?

@4meAndyou no it’s not, and I am not sure of how many drops of each item it used in it either.
