Another boring work day. I’ve been journaling down my frustrated thoughts in a notebook to help relieve some stress. So many negative emotions have been bottled up inside me. I really hope things can get better real soon.
It can be mentally draining when work is boring. Writing your thoughts down is a good way of distracting yourself from the boredom. I hope you get through the day
