Do I have to constantly be doing something in order to feel good

Because the minute I decide I won’t do anything I’m getting sad. Electronics make me sad too.

@SW-User I don’t know why I feel sad. I shouldn’t really, it’s irrelevant, it’s not belonging here. Feeling nothing, in a healthy sense, in moments like this, moments of relative nothingness, that would have been more appropriate:)

@being I feel @SW-User is on to something here. You might want to let yourself feel the sadness and be with it. Then gradually look at it from a distance and ask yourself, where is it coming from.
