I agree 100%. This movie changed me from being confused and afraid of Shakespeare to being a huge fan. It was like someone turned on a light switch. My now 18yo kid has watched this with me a dozen times and we’ve seen the play performed live twice. It’s timeless, and a brilliant adaptation.
I might have to watch it again tonight!

@ElwoodBlues Yes ! I immediately recognized how appropriate that title from the series was. 😊

@bijouxbroussard I always liked the title; I didn't know until ten minutes ago that it came from Shakespeare!

I sat transfixed in wonderment. 💚

@sunriselover @bijouxbroussard I really disliked Branagh's Wallander. I much prefer the original.
sunriselover · M
@ninalanyon personal choice. I found it gripping.

@sunriselover It was Branagh's portrayal of the character I disliked not the stories.

I love Much Ado About Nothing. It is my favorite with him in it as well. It was what turned me on to Shakespeare!

@JaggedLittlePill I love that one, too. 😊
